Inkpresario provides Instagram lead generation, advertising campaign management, and booking follow-up services for tattoo artists. Specific scope, pricing, and commission terms for any engagement are agreed separately with each client.
3. No guarantee of results
While we work to generate qualified inquiries and bookings, marketing results depend on many factors outside our control (market conditions, pricing, availability, artist responsiveness). We do not guarantee a specific number of leads or bookings.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information, imagery, and pricing they provide us, and for timely follow-up on leads passed to them where applicable.
5. Intellectual property
Content on this site belongs to Inkpresario unless otherwise noted. Client-provided images and branding remain the property of the client and are used only for the agreed campaigns.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
