Followers do not pay for sessions. Bookings do.
DMs eat your day
Every inquiry wants size, placement, price. Answering well is a full-time job on top of tattooing.
“How much?” then silence
Most people ghost after the price. The follow-up is what actually closes them, and nobody has time for it.
New city, empty chair
Touring means starting from zero: no audience, no waitlist, empty days.

Hey! How much for a tattoo on my inner forearm?
Hey! Thanks for reaching out. Inner forearm is one of my favorite spots. What size are you thinking, roughly in inches?
Maybe 6-7 inches, covering most of the inner part
Got it. Could you send a couple of references, and a photo of the area? I want to quote it exactly, not guess.

These look great, I can do a lot with this. For a detailed piece that size on the inner forearm it comes to $2,000, done in one session.
I have Friday 2 PM or Tuesday 12 PM open. A $600 deposit locks your date and goes toward the total.
Friday works! Sending the deposit now 🔥

What they say
“They completely handle my advertising and communication with potential clients, something that used to take up most of my time outside of work. Now it saves me a huge amount of time, while the advertising consistently brings in new clients.”

“Having a team I can trust to manage inquiries, scheduling, and client communication has made my workflow much more organized and has allowed me to focus more deeply on creating the best work possible. It feels less like outsourcing part of my business and more like having a team that genuinely cares about my growth and understands that building an artist's career is a long-term process.”

FAQ
Questions artists actually ask
How can a tattoo artist get more bookings?+
The fastest lever is Instagram DMs: targeted ads to your city and style, then replies within minutes with size, placement and a price before the client goes cold. Inkpresario runs that whole loop (ads, replies, follow-ups, deposits) so you only see confirmed sessions on your calendar.
How can a tattoo artist earn more money per tattoo?+
It comes down to who is quoting and following up: a dedicated booking manager holds pricing more consistently than an artist answering DMs between clients. Inkpresario's artists see their average booking value rise by at least our commission, since pricing and follow-up run full-time instead of squeezed in around sessions.
Who pays for the ads?+
We do. The ad budget is ours. If the ads do not turn into bookings, that money is our loss, not yours. That is also why we are picky about who we take on.
So what does it cost me?+
A percentage of bookings that actually close, and nothing else. No retainer, no setup fee, no monthly bill, and no ad budget from you. The percentage only applies once a client has paid a deposit on a date, so a lead that goes quiet, a quote nobody accepts and a campaign that does not convert all cost you zero. It also applies when a client we brought you books again, because that client came from advertising we paid for. Walk-ins and people who found you on your own are not ours and are never charged. The rate is set per artist, because it depends on your city, your style and what you charge now, and you will have the exact number in writing before you agree to anything. We also aim to raise your average booking value by at least our cut, so your take-home per tattoo stays level or better.
Do you need access to my Instagram account?+
Not your password, and we never log in as you. Your account has to be a professional (business or creator) account, and from your own Instagram settings you grant our Meta business account partner access to it. That is what lets our managers read and reply to your DMs through Meta's official API, which is also why replies keep working when your phone is off. We do not post to your feed or stories, we do not touch your followers, and we do not change anything on your profile. You remove that access yourself, from the same settings screen, whenever you want, and our replies stop as soon as you do.
What happens to my clients?+
They are yours. They come to your page, they book you, they get tattooed by you, and their contact details sit in a booking system you can see. We are the people answering the messages, not the people the client is hiring. When a client we brought you comes back for another piece, we handle that conversation too and the commission applies to it the same way, because that client came from work we paid for. If we stop working together, your account, your followers, your DM history and every client in it stay exactly where they have always been, with you, and we stop charging on any of them. We do not take an audience with us, because it was never ours.
Can I stop? Is there a contract?+
Yes, you can stop, and there is no minimum term to sit through first. Nothing is billed monthly, so there is no subscription to cancel. What we ask for is 30 days' notice: campaigns are already running and clients are already mid-conversation when you decide, and a month is what it takes to stop the ads, finish those conversations properly and hand you a clean calendar instead of a queue of people nobody answered. Sessions already booked with a deposit go ahead, because those clients have paid to hold a date with you.
What cities do you cover?+
Almost any US city. We have run campaigns coast to coast, from San Francisco to Portland, Maine. Before onboarding we test real demand for your style in your specific city, so wherever you are based or touring, the numbers get checked first.
Will clients know it is not me replying?+
We write in your voice and you approve the scripts. Anything about the design itself, custom ideas, pricing edge cases, goes to you. Clients get faster, better answers than most artists can give from the chair.
I tour. Does this work on the road?+
It is built for touring. We run campaigns per city, launched ahead of your dates, so you land with a booked calendar instead of posting “taking walk-ins this week” and hoping.
What styles do you work with?+
Most: realism, fine line, anime, blackwork, color, lettering. Before saying yes we test actual demand for your style in your city, so if we take you on, it is because the numbers already say it will work.
How fast until the first booking?+
Ads are usually live within a week of onboarding. Most artists see their first paid deposits within the first one to two weeks after launch.
Ready to see your calendar full?
Applying takes two minutes. We check demand for your style in your city and get back to you either way.
