Help with the Inkpresario app

Who the app is for
The Inkpresario app is for the tattoo artists who work with us and for our booking team. Artists get an account by email invite once we accept their application. Want to work with us? Apply here.
Signing in
- Artists sign in with the email address their invite was sent to.
- Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, choose Artist, enter your email and tap Forgot your password. We email you a link to set a new one.
- Team members who forgot their password can ask an admin to reset it.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account, or email parlor@inkpresario.com from the address you sign in with. You are signed out right away, and within 30 days we delete your account and the personal data tied to it and confirm by email. The Data Deletion page has the details.

Our Privacy Policy explains what the app stores, which providers process it, and how long we keep it.
