Inkpresario ("Inkpresario", "we", "us") provides marketing and booking-management services to tattoo artists, including running Instagram advertising and managing direct-message conversations with prospective clients on our artists' behalf. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us by email or through this site, we collect the information you choose to share: typically your name, email address, Instagram handle, and details about your business. We do not collect payment information through this website.

3. Instagram & Facebook platform data

As part of running an artist's Instagram presence, we use Meta's Instagram Platform APIs to send and receive direct messages with people who inquire about a booking. Through this integration we may access and store: the sender's Instagram handle and name, message content, and message timestamps. This data is used only to follow up on booking inquiries and manage the resulting conversation and appointment. It is never sold or used for unrelated advertising.

4. How we use it

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether our services are a fit
• Set up and manage advertising campaigns and lead follow-up on your behalf, if you become a client
• Communicate with you about your account or campaigns

5. Third-party services

We use Meta's advertising and Instagram Platform tools to run campaigns and manage messaging, and standard web hosting providers to operate this site. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

6. Data retention

We keep contact, client, and conversation data for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
