1. Who we are

Kravets Art LLC ("Inkpresario", "we", "us") provides marketing and booking-management services to tattoo artists, including running Instagram advertising and managing direct-message conversations with prospective clients on our artists' behalf. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us by email or submit the application form on this site, we collect what you choose to share: typically your name, email address, Instagram handle, portfolio link, city, and details about your business. We do not collect payment information through this website.

When you submit the application form, those answers are sent to our own internal booking system and stored there so our team can review your application and get back to you. They are not published anywhere on this site.

Booking requests on artist pages. Some pages on this site let you request a tattoo session with a specific artist. If you submit that form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and Instagram handle, along with the design details you configured (style, placement, size, the estimated price, a session date if you picked one, and any reference image or 3D placement preview you attached). This is sent to our internal booking system and stored there so the artist can review and answer your request. It is used only to handle your booking and is never published or used for unrelated marketing.

Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Web Analytics on every page of this site to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other websites. It records a page view with coarse technical details such as the referring site, the type of device, and the country the request came from. When an application form is submitted we also record a single event noting the city entered and whether the applicant said they would travel, so we know which markets people are applying from. That event deliberately does not include your name, email address, Instagram handle, or portfolio link.

Advertising measurement on artist pages. The artist booking pages (and only those pages) can load Google and TikTok measurement tags when we run ads to them. These tags may set cookies (such as Google's _ga and TikTok's _ttp) and report to Google or TikTok that a page was visited and that a booking request was submitted, so we can tell which ads work. They are not loaded on the rest of this site. You can block them with any standard ad or tracker blocker; the booking form works the same either way.

Outside those artist pages, this site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.

3. Instagram & Facebook platform data

As part of running an artist's Instagram presence, we use Meta's Instagram Platform APIs to send and receive direct messages with people who inquire about a booking. Through this integration we may access and store: the sender's Instagram handle and name, message content, and message timestamps. This data is used only to follow up on booking inquiries and manage the resulting conversation and appointment. It is never sold or used for unrelated advertising.

4. How we use it

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether our services are a fit
• Set up and manage advertising campaigns and lead follow-up on your behalf, if you become a client
• Communicate with you about your account or campaigns

5. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate. Each processes data on our instructions and under its own privacy policy:

• Meta Platforms, for advertising and the Instagram Platform APIs we use to send and receive direct messages.
• Vercel, which hosts this website and our internal booking system, and provides the cookieless Web Analytics described in section 2.
• Supabase, the database provider where our internal booking system stores applications submitted through this site along with client and conversation records. Data is held on servers in the United States.
• Email providers, for the messages we exchange with you directly.
• Google and TikTok, whose advertising measurement tags may run on the artist booking pages as described in section 2, to measure which of our ads lead to booking requests.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

6. Data retention

We keep contact, client, and conversation data for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
